With the shells already gone there is no shucking and no knife work, the meat goes from pack to pan. Fold it through a hot pot at the last minute, sear it hard in a cast-iron pan for a caramelised edge, steam it with black bean and garlic, or slide it under a grill with butter and spring onion. Dispatched in insulated packaging so it arrives solid and ready to use.
